MASAE Ladies

Happy Anniversary to the MASAE Hoops Ladies Team! November marks the first anniversary of our ladies division team. It all started out with just Phibe, Fiona, and Pamela. For a while getting together enough committed girls for a basketball team was a stagnant process, but through (Phibe’s) persistence new recruits arrived in crowds. It seems like just yesterday that Diana, Liz, and Asia came into the program as fresh young faces eager to learn and play the game. Over time we were blessed with new additions to the team that truly gave the MASAE family a diverse crowd. The culture of the club hasn’t been the same since (for the better of course!). From our first ever “Give Me 5″ tournament in NJ all the way to Virginia the memories accumulated seem almost endless. As we approach our second season we hope to continue to improve in basketball, but more importantly we strive to improve the lives of every member in our club. What the future holds for us is unknown, but whatever it may be, it will be memories we can all experience together. LET’S GO MASAE LADIES!
